The Manchester Connection of Shaare Zedek, directed by Filis Rosenberg, is currently raising funds for the new Children's Hospital Paediatric Oncology department.

Filis, originally from Cork, has been associated with Shaare Zedek for the past five years and as Manchester Director fully appreciates the support the community has shown to the hospital.

Filis says "As we plan the future construction of Jerusalem's first dedicated Children's Hospital, I am sure my trust in the generous nature of the Manchester community will be justified by their willingness to be a partner in this exciting new project."
